Do these steps on your business phone. The page opens there with your number ready.

Step 1

Call your new AnswerLine number and hear it answer.

Step 2

Who do you pay for your business phone?

Step 3

From a different phone, call your business number. Don't answer. AnswerLine should pick up.

Then reply to your setup email: forwarding works.

Need help?

Call your phone company and say: "Please forward my calls when I don't answer to my AnswerLine number."

Look for "Call forwarding" in its settings. Send unanswered calls to my AnswerLine number. Or tell us which one you use and we'll send the clicks.

Settings, Phone, Call Forwarding sends every call. For missed calls only, use the button in Step 2.

Phone app, three dots, Settings, Calls, Call forwarding. Set "When unanswered" to my AnswerLine number.
